Saturday 26 September
This one is
for our
parkrun.
Run Theory is taking over the volunteer roster at Rockhampton parkrun. Every role, one morning, so the regular volunteer team can run.
Why this one matters
Before Run Theory,
there was parkrun.
Every Saturday, rain or heat, local volunteers arrive early, set the course, manage the finish and cheer everyone home. No fee. No fuss. They simply make it happen.
Rockhampton parkrun has been building this running community for years. Plenty of us began there.
