Consistency beats intensity across a season. Every session has a purpose you understand, the week is built around the schedule you actually have, and the plan changes when your circumstances do.

Before moving into endurance sport, Cameron competed throughout his school years as a sprint and middle-distance athlete, specialising in the 400m, 800m and 1500m and regularly winning his school athletics age championship. That early grounding in speed, movement and racing now sits alongside 15 years of experience across road running, track, triathlon and long-course endurance sport. Cameron has 15 years of endurance training and racing experience across road running, long-course triathlon and Ironman, including a 9:54 Ironman finish, a 4:23 70.3 personal best and a 70.3 World Championship qualification.
